At the headquarters of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Center, affiliated with the Chamber, organized a workshop entitled “A Legal Approach to Economic Zones and Dispute Resolution within Them” last Monday.
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Bilal Aql Al-Sandid, Professor of Public Law at the Kuwait International Law School, and Dr. Mahmoud Moghrabi, Professor of Private Law at the Kuwait International Law School.
As part of the Center’s ongoing activities and events for this year, the workshop was attended by around 70 participants, including advisors, experts, and both local and international legal professionals.
