The Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones presented the master plan, key components, and investment opportunities of the Duqm Waterfront Project to a number of developers, investors, and operators as part of its participation in the Urban October Exhibition 2026. The project aims to develop a mixed-use coastal destination in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm, bringing together residential, tourism, commercial, recreational, and cultural activities under a phased, long-term vision that capitalises on Duqm’s advanced infrastructure, strategic location, and connectivity to the airport, port, and road network. The meeting also explored opportunities for private-sector participation in the project to support sustainable growth and strengthen the zone’s contribution to economic diversification.
