The authorities in Gia Lai Province intend to select an investor to develop a commercial services complex and fuel station in the Lệ Thanh International Border Gate Economic Zone through an auction of the project site’s land-use rights. The complex will occupy more than 6.6 hectares in Ia Dom Commune, with an investment value of VND 130 billion, excluding the land value. It will include a fuel station, warehouses, a hotel, extensive parking areas and supporting facilities, and must be completed within 24 months from the date of the land lease decision. The auction is scheduled for 10 November 2026, with a starting price exceeding VND 18.3 billion. The project is expected to support cross-border trade and logistics, strengthen economic links with Cambodia, improve land utilisation, and meet the needs of export, import and transport activities.
