Innovation City in Ras Al Khaimah, in collaboration with Salesforce, has launched the world’s first AI-powered platform to simplify and accelerate company registration procedures in the free zone. The platform uses digital agents to carry out tasks and workflows within defined parameters, enabling procedures that previously took days or weeks to be completed in minutes, while retaining human involvement in cases requiring strategic decisions or the handling of complex exceptions. The initiative forms part of the UAE’s drive to expand the responsible use of artificial intelligence, improve the business setup environment, and support governance, security, and auditability.
