During his participation in the 11th Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Russia, Myanmar’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs invited Russian companies and investors to explore the investment opportunities available in his country. The invitation was extended during a session addressing the future business environment, global economic and investment trends, and successful experiences in the Russian Far East. The Myanmar official outlined the legislation and initiatives aimed at creating a stable and sustainable investment environment and protecting investors’ interests. He noted that micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and special economic zone projects are priority areas for investment and emphasized the importance of expanding economic cooperation with Russia.
